Right of Cancellation

This is a translation for convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Right of cancellation

You may cancel your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins when the contract is concluded and you have received this policy in text form.

Exercising the right of cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail) is sufficient:

You may use the statutory model cancellation form, but you do not have to. Sending your statement before the deadline expires is sufficient. We will confirm receipt by e-mail without delay.

Important: expiry of the right of cancellation for digital content

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium — this includes our horoscope readings as PDF — the right of cancellation expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have

  • expressly agreed that we begin performance before the cancellation period has expired, and
  • confirmed that you thereby lose your right of cancellation.

You confirm both explicitly during the order process, before the purchase is completed.

The right of cancellation also does not apply to goods made to customer specification or clearly tailored to personal needs — this includes personalised astrological analyses and consultations.

Consequences of cancellation

In the event of an effective cancellation we will refund all payments received from you without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we received notice of your cancellation. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this.
